The RECKLESS BRAVERY TOUR makes a stop at the Marquee Room!

WE ARE THE CITY make their first appearance here, and by all acounts, their show is a must see/hear. They are a three piece progressive indie rock act from Kelowna, featuring three young composers: Cayne McKenzie on vocals and keys, David Menzel on guitar, and Andy Huculiak on the drums. Cayne’s symphonic piano arrangements flow into David’s guttural guitars and the gr...and heartbeat of Andy’s drums, as the vocals slink from soft harmonies into gruff howls.

From pin drop moments of absolute beauty to breathtaking crashes of wide eyed anthemic glory, their heart, innocence and sincerity will find you clenching your fists and remembering your own bruised teenaged knuckles.

AIDAN KNIGHT knocked us out at his last performance at the Marquee in December, and to say that we are giddy like schoolgirls at the thought of his return is an understatement. His debut album Versicolour is a collection of haunted chamber-folk and orchestral pop, and we hear he's got another one in the works, which is good news for us!
